presents and more

Silas is learning to feed himself. So far his favorite is Cheerios. He is very good at the pincher grasp. The puppies love that he is feeding himself because sometimes he drops things. Daddy went with GG to a Dallas Cowboys game and brought Silas back a football. It has quickly become one of his favorite toys.

Here is Silas playing Dentist. He is getting really good at crawling but doesn't really crawl just to crawl. There must be something that lures him. See other pictures below for a clue as to what is really luring him these days.

This is the one thing that lures him from across the room. We have tree-ful of presents, and somehow he knows that this one is for him. He goes for it everytime. He has been pulling on the ribbon as if in an attempt to open it....do we have another Jennifer Hanley Taylor on our hands?

Last night Matt, Silas and I went to Ms Nicole's church's christmas cantata. They had a live nativity, so Silas got to pet a donkey and have a staring contest with a goat. Ms Nicole was in the choir, and so she has been practicing with Silas. He sang along to a couple of songs. I was getting Silas ready and Matt was getting ready in our room. We all walked into the living room at the same time and my boys were dressed alike, both had on a blue button down and khaki pants. It was such a cute site.
