November 2009

November has been a busy one for us. Some highlights include:

Matt & Liz ran the Rock'n'Roll 1/2 marathon in San Antonio. Watch Matt finish here: http://san-antonio.competitor.com/features/finishreplay/. He is in a blue shirt and black shorts on the right side of the screen! So exciting!

I had the flu. It was a light case of it. But yucky nonethesless.

Silas had his 1st ear infection since his tubes have fallen out. Poor little guy! It was awful. He kept saying, "my ear hurts!"

Silas spent a couple of days at Auntie Liz's. He got to run through the banner at the beginning of the last Cameron football game.

Today before church, Matt & Silas went to Home Depot and got a couple of things, then they went to the nearby soccerfields and kicked the soccer ball around. Silas had a blast with Daddy.

Yesterday Bethany, Jeff & the girls came up for the day. We went to Waterloo Lake and fed the ducks, came back and played in the backyard & playroom. Then all the kiddos crashed for an afternoon nap. Everybody had fun!!

Matt ran the Waterloo 5k the first Saturday in November. He placed 2nd in his age group! Yay Matt.. He's in the middle of the screen in the blue top.
Aunt Abby came up to stay. Silas had fun. He & Abby went to "My donalds" and the play park.
